Where does stress come from? The person shouting at you, the busy traffic, work? - No the only one who is stressing you is you. You are perceiving events ‘as stressful’ and so your body reacts in a ‘stressful’ way.

It is your reaction to what you perceive that is the actual problem. So if someone is shouting at you … dont get stressed. Think and believe ’this person has anger management issues, nothing to do with me’. Of course there maybe something you have done wrong or misunderstood … but calmly make those changes within yourself (if valid). The anger and stressor is their problem and not yours.
