IF YOU FIND KAIZEN,
YET FIND “SMALL STEPS” DIFFICULT,
THEN TRY MICRO STEPS.

I try to be a stoic and I love the theory of Kaizen (which I was introduced to at ICL in the UK in the 1980’s) where you make continuous improvement though making ’little changes’. I still try to follow the philosophy to varying degrees of success - but some times ’little changes’ seem too hard !!! It has been suggested then I should try even smaller ones!
