LITTLE FEARS GROW LARGE,
WHEN EGO MAGNIFIES THEM,
STAND BACK AND OBSERVE.

A little understandable fear, sown in the recent past has by my subconscious mind been blown into a larger more mental ‘weight’. This ‘weight’ has at times made me unfocused, at other times anxious - but always a voice in the shadows without logic and evidence whispering poison. The ‘weight’ had grown into many “what if” scenarios, each being controlling mind-games full of darkness and anxiety. Today (fortunately) this particular fear was shown for what it actually was - one of little impact and importance at this time - so why have I let it have so much subconscious control of me? - Ego is the answer …. that conniving inner child is having ‘fun’ and I did not see and realize it as such. Fool am I!!
