SOME THIRTY GENERATIONS,
SAKI MUST BE GOOD.

Japanese TV channel NHK have many fascinating programs on various aspects of japanese life etc… like they were having an interview with a 30-something ‘young and up-and-coming’ saki brewer … and then as an aside mentioned he is a 30th generation saki brewer - as in his family have been continuously brewing saki father-to-son for something like 750 years.. You might hear in Ireland a generation or two having the same career path … but 10/20/30th generation!! Mind boggling.
