SOME DO LIKE BIRTHDAYS,
OTHERS REALLY HATE THEM,
THE SECOND IS ME.

I have never been a ‘fan’ of birthdays. I am not too sure why … few close friends when at school, and I don’t like being the centre of attention. I don’t see the attraction… is it for fun? to drink to excess? To remember how long you have lived? or highlight the fewer years left? The best I can come up with is to enjoy the company of others.
