TAI-CHI OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN,
INVIGORATING.

Blowing a gale with horizontal cold rain. This is what I had to tend with this morning, and a decision to make: “To practice, or not to practice outdoors”. I have always gotten the best out of Tai-Chi by doing it outdoors in contact with nature. I am glad I forced myself out this morning since the cold windy rain blew more than a few cobwebs away. Invigorating.
