WHAT IS THIS JUSTICE?
DOES IT NOT AS WELL HAVE SIDES?
IS NOT JUSTICE TRUTH?

I sometimes wonder if justice is not an absolute but relative concept. What I mean as ‘relative’ is is it relative to the norms of society at the moment it is written and applied. Slavery once was common and seen as ’normal’ where as today it is seen as abhorrent. Is applying modern ‘justice’ and ‘social norms’ to the past right and correct - it seems to me to depend on the forces and people involved. Is there such thing as absolute or pure justice ay all, or is it always relative to the human condition.
